Zakhele "Zak" Myeza

An Engineer (Msc) and former General Manager in the Manufacturing environment, who has applied his corporate training and passion for property and problem solving to deliver this value added property company. Zak founded Bus Stop Properties after realising the massive potential for quality, value created and well managed student accommodation in South Africa. He then spent time refining his strategies using various online education resources and finding other property investors to learn from. Although the Bus Stop team has grown since then, the foundations of getting the right education, joining the right network and growing a cash rich property portfolio are ones that the company still thrive on. Zak is the 2019 South African Property Investors Network (SAPIN) Beginner Investor category Winner, the Builders DIY guy (#HowToWithZak) and a passionate property education speaker.
